At Biolife Herbals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. So, if you need to cancel or return an order, we’ve made the process as easy as possible for you. Please take a moment to review our Cancellations and Refunds Policy below.
Cancellations
We’re happy to accommodate cancellations if you change your mind, just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. If you contact us after that time, we may not be able to cancel your order, as it could already be processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, we cannot accept cancellations.
Refunds
We aim to deliver high-quality products, but if something’s wrong with your order—whether it's damaged, defective, or incorrect—we’ll make it right. Here’s how our refund process works:
- Eligible for a Refund:
- Damaged or defective items – If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know within 2 days of receiving it. We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
- Change of mind – If you’ve simply changed your mind, we can only process refunds for unused, unopened items returned within 2 days. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- How to Request a Refund:
- Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable) to support@biolifeherbals.in.
- Our customer care team will assess your request and, if eligible, will initiate the refund process.
- Refund Processing:
- Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (like a damaged or incorrect item).
- Return Process:
- If you need to return an item, please send it back to us within 7 days of receiving your refund approval.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items can’t be refunded, so please keep this in mind:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special discounts.
- Gift cards or downloadable content.
